VALINHOS/SP, Brazil --(Business Wire) – TEL-NT, a subsidiary of Telmar (News - Alert) Network Technology and leader of third-party multi-vendor repair for telecommunications networks and equipment, announced it has been selected by Telefonica to provide multi-vendor repair services and management of its spare parts program for its optical, data and wireline networks in São Paulo state, Brazil.
TEL-NT will provide network-wide repair at Latin America's largest independent laboratory located in Valinhos, Brazil. In addition to repair services, TEL-NT has expanded its storage capacity by opening nine spare depots in São Paulo state, Brazil to manage quick access to and rapid deployment of 130,000 spare parts to Telefonica's networks across all São Paulo state.
