Cuba Undersea Fiber Optic Cable: People still wating for fast Internet

According to Andrea Rodriguez (Associated Press), there was a ceremony on Siboney Beach in eastern Cuba in February 2011; however, 10 months after the system was supposed to have gone online, the (Cuban) government does not mention the cable anymore, and Internet in Cuba remains the slowest in the hemisphere. Nnobody has explained what happened to the $70 million project.
